Rules of Engagement Album

Roger Chandler (Roger/B-Train here https://soundcloud.com/roger-b-train/tracks ) posted an Open Mic challenge requesting a vocal for his drum, bass and lead guitar rock composition he ed on November 17, 2015. I'd never ventured into these public, open collaborations / jams before, but I was struck how his piece would fit musically quite well with a lyrical melody I'd already composed and produced as "Player vs. Player" back in 2014. http://tinyurl.com/nplk9h6  It was a light-bulb inspiration of music association, like when I heard "Mad World" mashing up in my head with the "Rogue" movie theme. [ https://soundcloud.com/kat330/rogue-world ]Obviously I had to make several alterations, including removal of the "He" lyrics and the middle break and ending sections of PvP, along with new timing of my "She" lyrics to fit Roger's tempo and guitar solos, but it was still a remarkable fit?like a kid glove.
