Biography
Vetronova is a trio from the province of Varese ( Italy ). Its musical tastes are diverse, but they've been playing together since January 2008.
Their music counts several different influences, from post rock, to noise rock, ambient and authorial music, and so on.
In May 2008 they record a first self-produced demo, which receives several positive reviews from Rockit, Sentirealsoltare,...
Around the end of 2009 it's time for their second ep, self-produced again ( Madeleine Ep ), which further consolidates their different creative characters and understanding.
The months go by and the band widens its repertoire and performs in several stages in Northern Italy.
Mike Watt himself ( The Minutemen, Stooges, ... ) shows a strong appreciation of their work, especially for "Urban Poem", from Madeleine Ep, which was featured in his own radio program, The Watt From Pedro Show, in March 2010.
The band is now recording its own first full-lenght.
